How to Annonate Quick Reference PDF
InSite Info Clients - View and Approve Soft Proofs
1. Open Internet Explorer on a PC or Safari on a Mac (Netscape on a Mac is not supported).
2. Enter http://proof.coloradoprinting.com in the URL of your browser.
3. Enter your Username and Password (supplied by CPC)
4. Locate job number and click on PAGES.
5. Click on the pages you need to review. It will open them in SmartReview, where you can annotate changes, etc.
6. When you are done, either click the check mark to OK or the X to request corrections, click close.
7. Go onto the next page until you are done.
8. Click close and Log Out.
